Controvento fuses Diesel’s distinctive design language with the timeless warmth of wood, giving rise to surfaces that are both daring and innovative.

The collaboration between Diesel Living and Seletti brings an unexpected object to life: MELT-D, a collection of sculptural candles conceived under the creative direction of Glenn Martens and designed in collaboration with Controvento.

MELT-D reimagines the archetype of the classic candle through a deliberately distorted, almost liquefied aesthetic - a playful nod to a melted-after-midnight mood. In the triple composition, the design unfolds as an intertwined mass of wax that seems to collapse and fuse into a single base, evoking the poetic remains of three candles burned through the same long night.

Crafted in vegetable wax, the candles are available in two versions: single and triple.

Both intriguing and slightly subversive, MELT-D is made to disrupt expectations and enrich any setting with an irreverent, off-beat presence.
