Beauty Sanctuary

Pop-up, 2026

Creative team

Gabriele Chiave & Giulia Zia

A silent dialogue between noble materials and deep biophilic comfort, celebrating pureness.

Designed as an exclusive VIP Pop-up for a global luxury cosmetic house, the space was conceived as an invitation to slow down. Guests were encouraged to engage with the tactile landscape - running their hands over cool, undulating stone surfaces while immersing themselves in the richness of the collections. It was an environment defined by unapologetic indulgence, trading the external rush for a sense of curated intimacy. Within this sensory narrative, the act of browsing was transformed into a personal ritual, ensuring every discovery felt like a bespoke gift.

The interior breathes through a sophisticated material language, where the rhythmic ripple of fluted glass meets the deep, tectonic character of Verde Guatemala marble. That mineral weight is intentionally balanced by the haptic softness of handwoven textiles, offering a gentle touch that mirrors the quiet, restorative spirit of the sanctuary.

In this temple of retail, the hard edges of the city vanish, replaced by an undulating interior that cradles the collections.

The architecture of the space through a series of fluid, organic silhouettes, where sharp angles surrender to the grace of sweeping arches. Every corner is softened, guiding the eye through a rhythmic sequence of curves that feel as though they were carved by water. Lush foliage cascades from the ceiling like a living canopy, weaving a vertical garden that breathes life into the space and anchors your well-being in a verdant, immersive embrace.

The air is curated with notes crushed minerals, grounding the visitor in a space that feels primordial.

The architecture acts as a living filter, where light descends through organic apertures carved into the ceiling like celestial portals. These irregular, soft-edged voids allow sunlight to drift downward in ethereal shafts, creating a shimmering atmosphere that mimics the filtered glow of an underwater world. The floors are crafted from Statuario, a prestigious marble with bright white background and dramatic grey veining.
